was created in response to multiple requests for design assistance that
were generated from publishing and maintaining www.modelrailweb.com, a web site
launched in July 2000 to provide helpful information to model
railroaders.

Leaders & Best Consulting - 2008 Approach
To
preserve
and balance appropriate time for family and personal hobby commitments,
Leaders & Best is a part-time enterprise. During 2008 I plan to
scale back my design work to focus on learning more about DCC,
so that I can ultimately provide better service. I also plan
to publish a library of my previous designs, and to make these
available for on-line purchase.
